13. Any defamation of the company or our trainers without justification exposes you to legal action.
14. Any misconduct towards the trainer or inappropriate behavior will result in the player’s communication with the trainer being halted. The team will then serve as the communication link between the player and the trainer. If there is any misconduct towards the trainer’s team, the player’s subscription will be permanently terminated, and they will not be entitled to any claims.
15. Any changes to the schedules must be approved by the trainer. If the schedule is changed regarding nutrition, supplements, or goals at the player’s request, the player bears the responsibility for the schedule change.
16. The training schedule is subject to change based on the trainer’s assessment to ensure you reach your desired goal. A training schedule will be sent monthly and will be changed accordingly each month.
17. Sharing the schedule or any information or conversations between you and the coach for any reason and in any form may subject you to legal liability.
18. The schedule is sent gradually. If you cannot follow the program and reach a result that allows the trainer to change the schedule, the schedule cannot be changed. Your body must be changed in order for the schedule to be changed. If you are following up and do not reach any change, the schedule will be changed for you. The minimum period to change the schedule is 20 days from the remaining period of the subscription.
